This location is usually pretty consistent with everything. Seating inside is a bit uncomfortable and their mobile order system is turned off quite a bit. Other than that the drinks are consistently good and employees are mostly friendly. They have really convenient late hours here, open til 10pm!

Had a small issue at this Starbucks, but it was ultimately resolved thanks to a kind and helpful employee named Alex. I stopped in this morning and picked up coffee and croissants. Everything looked good until I got to the office and realized I didn’t receive a receipt (again). For some reason, I rarely get a receipt at this location unless I specifically ask for one. Since I use a business card, I need to keep track of every purchase/ every time, so this can be somewhat frustrating. On my way home from work, I stopped by to request a copy of my receipt. Alex and the shift manager had a difficult time locating it at first and initially weren’t able to find it. However, Alex took the time to call for assistance and worked through the issue step by step. After a few attempts, she was able to locate and print my receipt. She was polite, patient, and clearly committed to helping resolve the situation. My only critique is that receipts should be provided consistently at the time of purchase to avoid situations like this in the future. That said, I really appreciate Alex doing a little extra to make things right.

amazing experience, the girl bella was really nice and flirted with me whole time… kinda blushed. like a lot…! if one of yall can help me out and give me that pretty ladies number i’d be so appreciative.. also.. guy named aaron was super duper nice like ayyye give that man a raise !!!?!??? 10/10 will be back made my drink so quick and that bella girl hah..
